Title: SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MAY 20

The Board of Directors will be conducting a Special Called Meeting on May 20, 2012

The purpose of the meeting is to decide whether or not the club should assume the ownership of the Little Duke Coupe and the recurring yearly expenses of insurance and registration.

Meeting Place:   The Galaxy Diner
                       3320 Henderson Mill Road
                       Atlanta, Ga.

Meeting Time:   2 PM

All paid and non-paid members are invited and encouraged to attend.


This notice serves as the required notice of 14 days as set forth in the club charter and by-laws.
This matter will not be discussed on this forum.

A meeting was held on Sunday May 20, 2012 at the " Galaxy Diner " for the board members. Board members in attendance were Charles Sewell, Anne Kienlen, Linda Swayne, Jerry Thayer. Board members not present were Don Hulse. Others present were Pat Swayne & Mel Sewell. The subject ofthe automobile insurance for the club car was discussed. The insurance & registration was being taken care of by a club member. In a unanimous vote by the directors of the " Ga Fiero Club " will pay the insurance & registration on the club car. Meeting was adjourned..
