As most know, we are moving to Germany, so everything needs to go.
Friday's estate sale was an absolute success, sold just about everything, except things I'll need until I leave, i.e. washer, dryer and such.
So we still have Anne's Phoenix and Shanine's 88 GT Auto and I have a basement full of Fiero parts. Only asking for donations on the parts. Hoods, carpets, sail panels, pods, mirrors, doorpanels (inside and out) and so much more. If still not gone in two weeks I'm having it hauled off so I can get my house in shape for sale.
BTW: The Formula went to a nice young man who came all the way from Alabama and more or less bought it sight unseen and is very happy with it! Sold it cheap too. ;D

EDIT to PS:
The 88 GT is also sold, hence only the Phoenix is still for sale. Everyone here knows the blood and sweat that went into that car, so we don't feel we are asking too much.

The Fiero parts depot in my basement has not deminished in size.
I can't wait much longer and I'll need to have it hauled off. That would certainly be a shame, lots of good parts.

You dont have a spare trans do you if so how much do you want for it?
-
No trannies, sorry.

The Mac has been nice enough to make not just one, but TWO!!! Trips to our house/basement and hauled away some really sweet parts, i.e. 84 glass sail panels, black trunk carpets, decklid, V6 fuel pumps and and and.
Still a lot here......but a time's a running out
!

BTW, he also made away with some DVDs and Rodney Dickman tools.
Thanks Mike!

OK, most parts are gone or spoken for....... found some other goodies though:
Brand new LeBra for Aero nose
Stock Subwoofer housing and grey dome light with Premium Sound switch
Stainless steel set for aux gauges, instrument panel, radio surround and shift surround - thick gauge - not that thin stuff out there.
Offers/Donations?

The Donster has LOTS of Fiero parts left. If nobody wants them they will go to the garbage truck.
I urge everyone to at least post with what you need, would like to have as a spare ( since a lot of
his parts aren't offered anywhere anymore ) AND if you do find them elsewhere they will cost you
a heck of a lot more.
Also, the red '88 GT is back up for sale.

Did you find and resolve the problem with the 88?

Vacuum leak(s). Tested end-to-end and replaced all rubber lines. The only line we didn't change was the fuel regulator. The line to it held vacuum so there was no need to remove the upper intake. And there is another line that goes to the bottom of the upper intake. Crossed our fingers on that one.
Don says it runs better now than ever! From the passenger side I can wholeheartedly say that when Don punches it it will plant your butt into the back of the seat!
There is a slight miss on occasion that we will address today. And the oil pressure drops very low but with a mechanical gauge I was told it held very good pressure. We'll address that today too.

Don send me a price on the Sub parts if you still have any thing left!! Aerodon.
-
Sorry Don, but Pat came and got the sub-woofer parts.
-
I think I'm going to do a custom setup that doesn't involve the slider control, so if you need that, you can have it, Don H.

All cars and parts sold.

Congrats...where did Phoenix end up going?
-
Thnx.
Father & son team from Fayetteville, GA, came and bought both cars on the spot. :D

Greg,
When you come down here for the next monthly meeting, can you please stop by at our house and pick up everything BEFORE you go to the diner?
I'd really appreciate it, as I'm flying out to Germany very early the next morning and don't know if I'll be at the meeting.
Thanks.
