Post by: fiero128 on November 13, 2014, 05:06:41 pm
A SUPREME Court judge ruled that a person who is not under arrest is entitled to do a runner from police seeking to question them ...................
Told yous You are under no Law , until you break the law ..........Which means they have no right to ask you questions or stop you while driving or anything else for that matter unless you have broken a law !And if you learn common law , which is the most powerful law in any court room it over rules any other law you dont even need a licence to drive ,Because you were born with the God given right to free unrestricted travel anywhere in this world
eople can do a runner from police - judge
If you're not under arrest, you're free to run
No obligation to be questioned without arrest

lmao
the result of that if you tell a cop to F off
if he didn't get any love from his partner that morning could end you up arrested and in court
But most of  the time it will change from state to state, sydney cops will react differently to Queensland and different again to Victoria cops
