When I turn my car on it sometimes makes a clicking noise, like a blinker, then goes off after a few seconds. The longest the sound ever lasted was after the Dublin parade, when it continued for several minutes.
The noise is not from the engine, sounds like driver's side of the passenger compartment.
Is this my keyless entry acting up or some other Fiero feature?

The only stock click I know of that you can hear when turning the ignition on is the fuel pump relay. It's right behind the air filter in the engine compartment, but can be heard inside. Usually it only clicks 1 time, about 2 seconds after the ignition is turned on.
There are two small relays in the fuse block, one for the trunk release located on the right side of the steering column but no others on the drivers side, other than the turn signal relay on the left side of the steering column.

Disconnecting the battery the second time seems to have worked.

Maybe it's Morris code? It's trying to communicate with you!

No dots, maybe a few dashes, mostly sounded like a blinker.

What do your lights do when you hear the noise?

My parking lights flash.
Which made me suspect the keyless entry.
