Roger and I put a Bosch pump into the Formula Fastback.  Advance part #69222. Delphi FE00113 pump into the Formula Fastback. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dfp-fe0113 It had the plug and play harness.  No cutting and splicing pump wires.  New sock is required for warranty.  It cost about $60.  Also go to NAPA and get a piece of ethanol submersible 5/16 fuel hose, SAE Spec J30R10.  It comes in 12" lengths on a blister pack card and costs about $14.  You will only need about an inch but it wont ever melt from the ethanol.  Don't be tempted to use the hose that comes with any fuel pump kit.  I think Pat and Roger have also used the Bosch pump with good results.

I appreciate the advice, but that is about double my budget. I will probably go with a cheaper pump that has a longer warranty.

Be careful of the eBay pumps. Many of them are counterfeit, or so i've heard.

New fuel pump is in route. I bought the airtex model, cheaper and with a better warranty than Bosch.

What about a fuel filter?
Did you check the air in the tires?
