Title: Boots without frames

Today, I received some boots, but they have no frames; they're just leather.  How do you use such?

Shifter boots?  Manual?  Rodney sells a frame for the manual shifter boot. 

Automatics shifter boots have an elastic sewn into them. 

Walking boots without frames would be called moccasins. :)

Shift boots and ebrake boots.  These have no elastic.
