Last night my beautiful wife Linda passed away.
She was the bravest woman I new. She was in constant pain from severe rheumatoid arthritis, but never complained. She was loving and kind to all, and generous to anyone who needed her help.
She always wanted to be a part of whatever I did, so when I joined this club, she came along too, even though she couldn't have driven a Fiero even if she wanted to. She not only attended nearly every meeting, but served as secretary/treasurer much of our time in the club.
And when she saw the yellow T-top Fiero I now drive on Ebay, it was she who made the winning bid.
The funeral will be at Tom Wages Funeral Services, 3705 Highway 78 West, Snellville, GA, 30078, at 11AM on July the 7th. There will be a viewing on July the 6th, from 6 to 8 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Juvenile Arthritis Association, www.juvenilearthritis.org.

Last night when I spoke with you, we thought she was doing well and improving. I heard her talking in the background. This is such a shock I'm at a loss.
-
My thoughts are with you. God bless Granny Linda.

I'm very sorry, Pat. I have no words...

I realize that you aren't wordy or one to go on about your troubles, but I hadn't realized that her condition was this serious. I knew that she was sick, but thought it was just the flu or some such. It takes a special kind of woman to so thoroughly support her husband as to wholeheartedly jump in on an activity in which she has little interest. Thank you for sharing her time with us.
In my brief interactions with her, I had always thought of her as young and vibrant. Her absence will create a void that will be felt for a long time.

Pat, I am really missing Linda. I got so used to seeing her online, and reading her posts. Maybe she needs a few good thoughts.
-
She is free from pain. We're the ones who need good thoughts.

Pat, as I said before, I really don't have the words.
You - and all who know and love her - are always in my prayers.
