Our March 9 business meeting is Ladys Day at The Galaxy Diner. Guys, bring your lady friends for a good group meet and greet.
-
Whatever you call the people attending Saturday's party, I have a strong suspicion that they'll be there. This means everyone will have to be on their best behavior. Probably 3 helpings of food is enough.
-
We are planning something special for our ladies, so we will need to know how many will be there. Please let us know in this thread by the end of day, Thursday March 7.
-
Ladies' Day
Thanks for adding to the calendar.
-
Has anyone yet determined that they will be bringing their lady to the March meeting?
-
At this point in time its a definate maybe..... You know women
-
Maybe those two ladies from last month would come?
-
The responses here are overwhelming...and tomorrow is only a day away.
-
Tomorrow isnt the day. It was said to happen in March meeting unless its been changed
-
My bad. Right. That gives everyone a month.
-
135 views and still no one.
-
My wife had so much fun last week she decided she would come next month. She enjoyed the meal and the people....
-
Nothing like food to bring fun and friends together.
-
I don't know if anything has been decided on a web host, but April is coming up quickly.
-
Leigh-Ann will not be with me, her daughter has a dance performance that afternoon
-
I have managed to get March 9th off so Cat (Catherine) and I will be there in the Formula Fastback.
-
Great news!
-
My daughter Anita is coming with me. Since she's been on a RFTH, she won't be a stranger.
-
As of this moment, 12 people are confirmed.
-
Well, that'll be a nice group.
-
Possibility of another 8 that haven't made a decision. I'll have to all Maria and have her hold the entire center tables.
-
GFC takes over the Diner!
-
Any updates? Anyone to be added to the list? I need to let Maria know so we've got enough tables.
-
Just to make sure that our names are there, it would be a good idea to list who you have on the list!!!!
-
Mr. & Mrs. DeShoe
Mr. & Mrs. NoMad
Mr. TopNotch & Daughter
Mr. MikeMac & (Wife?)
Mr. & Mrs. Ronzrx
Mr. Scottb
Mr. Fierofool

Is this staying at the Diner, or doing a split event with the car show?
-
I'm going to try to be there.
Tammy is... questionable. (Family stuff.)
I'm not picturing a "split event" with the car show. I don't know many women who would enjoy trudging around a parking lot, looking at a car show / swap meet.
I could be wrong, though. (Last I heard, it was supposed to rain, anyway.)
I might try to make the car show too, but not at the expense of the club meeting. If I only do one, it will be the meeting.
-
Add 4. 2 ladies.
-
Are you coming down?
-
Yes, if there are no objections. Got my weekends mixed up. My wife just booked the hotels.
My eyes should be good to drive, and the drops finished, by then.
-
Bringing son and daughter or in-laws?
Hey PGAckerman, if Michael can drive from St. Louis for a meeting, it should be a piece of cake from Augusta. ;)
-
I have notified Maria to expect at least 20 people at Saturday's meeting.
-
Kids. In-laws were only here for 3 months.
-
Is Ladies' Day a shirt event?
-
Yes. No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service. :D
-
Club shirt.
It was nice meet more of you.
-
We were very well graced with some of the ladies of Georgia Fieros. Of the whole group, we had some old, some new. We were glad to see all of you. Some were first-timers, and some had been there at the very first club meeting. All our ladies were presented with a bouquet of flowers in appreciation of their attendance and in celebration of National Women's Month.
I managed to get a few pictures. I missed the new and revised Formula Fastback, but I did catch a picture of a white Generation II 2+5 Fiero.

-
We followed Charlie's directions (thank you) around the construction, and arrived about 12:28. No one was at the Diner, so we went to Kroger.
Just a note from my last visit: bald men should not sit at the end of the table by the sunny window.
It was nice to see the rides.
Richard's Fiero has a very throaty sound.
My wife and daughter appreciated the flowers.
Maybe we should document some of the info Paul M. and Raydar came up with about the start of the club.
-
Oh. I didn't get to speak with DeShoe, NoMad, or scottb much, but it was good to meet you. Too bad MikeMac couldn't make it, but tell him "Hi".
-
Sorry we had to run out so soon but it was a pleasure to meet you all today. Cat said she enjoyed it too.
-
Cat sounded as if she wants her own Fiero.
-
Ya, once we actually move into a more permanent place.
