Rodney should have the clutch kit, and has decent shipping.

Rodney doesn't list the clutch kit, but he has the best cables.  RockAuto.com sells a clutch kit  https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=9889680&cc=1249152&jsn=416     and they will ship overseas. 

If you go to their site and look up a clutch kit for an 88 2.8, they sell a kit that includes master cylinder, slave cylinder and the clutch kit.

I would be very careful using rockauto from overseas.  Postage is very expensive. I had to give up when they sent damaged and finally second hand parts to me ....which then leaves you with all the costs of import/duty and you are right back where you started....
