Title: Rubber seals and gaskets

Forgot who posted it, maybe Fierofool, but treated all my trim seals and gaskets with castor oil in January and again in July.  It stopped a leak in the vista vent that I have had for YEARS and nothing I did previously seemed to help. Went through the recent monsoons without water pouring on my head with every turn. Great tip.

Also, make sure your little drain holes at the corners are opened up.
