I've searched the forum and found instructions for posting pictures with Windows but I have a MAC. Does anyone have a solution for MACs or android?
Lots of project / build pictures I'd love to share.

You can use Wine to run PIP on LINUX. You could try it on a Mac. I'm sure you'd have to re-compile some things, but the theory is that it should work.
Alternatively, you can expand the Attachments and other options (under your reply), then click the Choose File button. It's a pain, but f85gtron has done that.
Oh. Forgot to mention, I'd love to see your pictures.

That works. Posted some pics in my other marketplace post.

You should be able to use the attachment button again to post pics.
I strongly discourage using external hosting.

Pictures hosted offsite aren't visible to visitors browsing as guests. They must be registered and logged in to see them. That's why I always advise new forum members to load pip if they have window.

Thanks, I tried that once before but in order to meet the max attachment size requirement, the reduced size pictures appeared very small. I'll spend some time on it this weekend to see if I can improve the results.

Mike, I don't find any posting or pictures. Where are they? Sometimes offsite pics show as a thumbnail that must be opened.

I couldn't find it either Charlie. It was an old post in the marketplace. I may have deleted it. I will create a test post and give it a try.

Same as for Scott, if you send the pictures to the club email, I'll post them.

Use this . . .
Well, this site won't allow anything over 128K (lame) but you may be able to get the file from Pennocks.
It's called 'postimage.exe'

Any luck?

You can post pictures with a Mac using any FTP client. I checked, and there are several available for Macs.
Go to the topic "Posting pictures with PIP" in the Administrator's Announcements section. Copy the URL for gfc.pip and paste it in your browser. It should display as a text file. There you can obtain the login and password for the PIP picture directory on our site. Use your FTP client to upload your pictures to that directory. Please make sure your pictures are no more than 1024 pixels wide.
I can't be any more specific than that, because bots are probably reading this.

This picture was uploaded using the Filezilla FTP client running on a Macbook Air.

Thank you. I will give it a try this weekend. I also have a windows based laptop that I used just to tune my Ducati that I haven't used in years but have not had a chance to try it for picture posting. Either way, I should be able to get a build update post going soon.
