I have the hood scoop that was on the Kermit car. It looks to be one of Paul's original "Angel Vent" hood scoops. $50.00
The hood has been modified at the windshield end and won't fit a stock car. I can cut the upper skin that the scoop is bonded to and you'll have just the scoop.
Look under "Front Hoods and Hood Vents" on Paul's page for more pics.

What about the hood does not fit on a stock Fiero?
-
It has been cut off to fit the modified windshield. I would guess maybe 6 inches or so are gone. It will technically fit but you would have a heck of a gap at the cowl. Ventilation!
-
It wouldn't latch. How did they move the cowl up that far?
-
It was all custom work. The latch and everything was moved.
-
Best offer or trade? I hate to see it go to waste.
-
Does that one require the front trunk wall to be cut?
-
I'm guessing that it being even with the rear of the headlight doors, it may not require cutting the bulkhead.

Location?

Mike, Mike is in Ball Ground....... I really wanted to say it is located at the front of the car
-
Scott, If I cut it, flipped it, and mounted it on the rear deck it would make a nasty cold air intake. Left you a message. Give me a call on 706 897 5784.
MikeMac, I'll take it.

Mike, I got your message. Should have a phone that works tomorrow

The curve and profile would be really tough to make work on the rear deck. Also the underside will be really rough and need lots of finishing to make it look good

That is correct. The back side is just a rough casting.
This scoop does require the front wall to be cut 2 inches or so.

I think NoMad has the ideal rear deck scoop for a Fiero. I'm sure there's some benefit to the scoop, but just how much, I don't know.
I have done an airflow test on the decklid and wing to see if what some said is true. It is true that there's a great backwash of air from the wing toward the rear window. So, does that change with the installation of the decklid scoop?
For the Kermit hood scoop, would it be possible to move it further forward to avoid cutting the front bulkhead?
-
I am very interested in adding a front scoop that does not require mods to the front bulkhead.

Bringing it to the next meeting.

This is why I made the version 2 vent.

This (http://angelonearth.net/customfiberglass/) version 2?
It looks as if you offer it as a complete hood, also.

Yeah.... I was a bit too optimistic when I added that to the website. Making complete hoods is far too complicated & time consuming. I never made the full skin mold.
I do now have molds for the hood skin with the full mustang vents, as well as the inner panel, but it takes destroying an old hood for the 8 metal pieces & the SMC mounts around the anti-decapitation safety feature to make one (or using the full original inner piece - which is a pain to separate from the skin). I have pics of the one full hood I just made if you'd like to see them.
Of course just using the skin with 4 hood pins is a good lightweight option...

Darn. I could use a pre-made hood.
