I like el caminos but not those modern renderings.

Too bad GM didn't bring the Holden model here before shutting down car production in Australia. The late model GTO, Pontiac G8 and Chevrolet SS were Holden GM models.

If it were resurrected, I think the first SS design should be the one.  In the article, it mentions towing the family boat.  Since these renditions would probably be front wheel drive, that could be a real problem when hauling the boat out of a steep ramp.  I have had issues with a rear wheel drive truck when the ramp was steep and wet.
