October 4. Be there by 7AM. We will hold a space for you until 7:15 if you tell us you're coming.
I-285 to Ashford Dunwoody. Go outside the perimeter on Ashford Dunwoody to Perimeter Center West and turn left.
Go to the first light on Perimeter Center West and turn into the lot, then bear right. If you plan to come, we can give you our contact phone number to find out where we're located in the lot.

So, true story.
For work-related reasons, I drove to southern Kentucky. As chance would have it, I drove my Fiero, and it was an enjoyable drive. After the issue had been resolved, I found myself about 4 hours and 10 minutes from home, and about 4 hours and 36 minutes from the Perimeter Mall. I gave serious consideration to going, although I had not grabbed my overnight kit when I left home, so I would have had to pick up some items.
Ultimately, I headed home. Had I made the drive, I guess it would only have been me attending.
This had happened before, with the Polar Bear Run. I ended up not going, because I couldn't take my Fiero.
In both cases, no one was expecting me, because I hadn't stated an intent to attend.

I spent Saturday washing the outside of my house. Combine that with a 62 hour workweek, I was exhausted. I spent Sunday on the couch
-
Just relating a story. No blame.
My point was that we advertised the event. People stated their intent to attend. Thus far, it would seem that everyone bailed.
Some time ago, I think it was Raydar who related a story about some guy who was at a restaurant. After a while, the guy left in a Fiero. I don't recall the details, but the guy never showed back up for a GFC event.
In 2014, I attended Fierorama. Afterward, I expressed my intent to attend 1 Fiero event per year. This included the Dells, Heartland Fiero Show, another Fierorama, the 35th, and the Tyler Shipman show. At the time, I did not understand why people laughed at me for saying this. Regardless, I attended each event the exact year I had stated I would attend. This led to two oddities. First, people were surprised when I did show up (as I had stated that I would, even years previously), and second, that people asked why I had missed other events those years (despite my having told them I would only attend 1 Fiero event per year). I reminded those people what I had told them, in 2014. Apparently, they had never believed me, and had basically ignored what I had said. I'm beginning to understand why they didn't believe me.

C&O was too close to RFTH. Maybe next time, weather permitting.
Someone on Facebook reported seeing one Fiero there.
-
I wonder which one it was.
-
All things being equal, I'd rather people participate in RFTH.

You might want to unpin this topic.

It was gabe's
-
Good. At least one of us was there. That makes me feel better.
I hope your ankle is better.
-
Thanks it's much better. I first rolled it as a kid doing a jump shot at a friends house. Never been the same always weak and prone to just flopping over at terrible times.
-
Well, glad it's better.
