Title: Red 3800 SC Formula for sale (not mine)

A friend of mine from Pennocks (Blackrams/Ron) has a bright red 88 Formula with a 3800SC and a Getrag 5 speed for sale.
I asked him what it needed. He said he doesn't think the A/C blows cold, but that all the pieces are there. At least they were.
Has 16" Centerlines.
His asking price is $8K, but he will entertain offers.

The wheels look very nice.  I am curious what side scoops those are?  It looks as if it has mud flaps.  Looks like custom exhaust.

I see a few imperfections in the paint, but that is bright red?  I don't see the decklid vents.  The sail panel frames need refinishing, and the Pontiac logos appear to be missing.

Of course, any serious buyer will want to see engine compartment pics, and pics of the typical rust areas.
