Title: Does this really work?

Have you seen an advertisement for a gas saving product and are wondering if it really works. The US EPA tests many of these, and you can read their reports here (http://www.epa.gov/otaq/consumer/reports.htm).

Most of those dates are last decade.  Is that the last time they tested anything or is it just an old link?

Yeah, I noticed that, but one -- the magnets on the gas line -- was recent (and didn't work).
