Not that big of a deal. Only thing that is changing is allowing those 18-21 across state lines.
Fun fact: not everyone driving a big truck has a CDL. Farmers are not required to have a CDL.
As of 1-1-2022, to get a CDL you must have a certificate from a training program.

I would not even let a teen WALK within a mile of my car :P. I've seen them cause accidents in supermarkets because they're texting and pushing thier carts, or they tend to forget bulgy wallets weighing a few pounds. The only place for that breed is the metaverse! ;D :P
