Jason Spencer as Vice Chairman of the board

Jordan Spencer as board member #2
Charles Sewell as board member #3
These are the current board members. We must meet on the 12th and seat a 5th board member and determine who will hold officer positions. Currently, Jason is Chairman by default.
We must get our paperwork filed with the Secretary of State's office by April 1, so please plan to attend this meeting.

10 AM. The meeting itself is usually over by 11, and then we eat. The restaurant doesn't actually open until 11, but they let us in at 10 for our meetings.

Weather is promising to be uhhhghly. Especially in NW Georgia.
Since many of us are driving extended distances, and the meeting location is "borderline NW Georgia", might it be prudent to postpone for a week? Or maybe just until Sunday?
Just a thought. At best, it won't be pleasant.

They have been saying just a light dusting around the north Atlanta area. There are several new outside people coming to the meeting and aside from them, it might be difficult to let everyone know. As we all know, not everyone reads the forum to keep up with things on a regular basis.
I'm going to head that way and will be there unless things get bad before arriving.
