Here in Australia the government says no petrol/gasoline and diesel cars or trucks to be sold by 2027 and after 2035 , we wont be able to get a LPG/ gas or Diesel car or truck registered to allow to be driven on any road
-
Same is starting to happen here. No New fossil fuel vehicles to be sold after 2035.
-
So the fiero cars Will need to make the fieros electric. There is good and bad for that.
-
The after 2035 thing only affects new cars. Used cars will not be required to be electric. I have a feeling that a lot of people will only buy used cars after that date.
-
Agreed, Pat. Except that it's possible that the government will regulate fossil fuel vehicles out of existence through taxation of the vehicle or the fuel.
-
here after 2030 Gasoline/petrol or diesel won't be available

Honestly, the unrealistic push for battery powered cars only will likely die out. The technology is just not there yet. Plus it has gotten so ridiculous political its stupid. I am sure at some point it will happen but not likely mandatory in our time.

Where did you get that info from?
It looks loike its 2035 in aus and that is new car sales not actually fuel supply.
