November 9 is the deadline for volunteers or nominees for the 5 members of the Board of Directors.
So far only one volunteer has stepped forward.
The meeting will be held at the Cracker Barrel, 2150 Delk Road, Marietta, Ga.
Time of the meeting is 11 AM.
