Title: Side view mirror color

Anybody know what shade/color of paint was originally used on Fiero side view mirrors?

Black, dark charcoal, gloss, semi-gloss, flat?

Roger, I've seen 2 very low mileage original Fieros and my impression is that they're closer to gloss black than anything.  Same with the engine vent grills and the drip rails.  The mirrors didn't look like they were clear coated, though, but sprayed with a one part paint or maybe even powder coated.

Yea, i am facing that decision too. My Sport is down to the primer and my GT is just worn. I will probably go with black

Forgot to add that all Fiero mirrors were black.
