Title: October meeting at car show?

It has been proposed that we have our October meeting at the car show discussed in this thread (http://gafieroclub.org/bbs/index.php?topic=870.0). But nothing official has been established about that. So, here's the question... Do you want to have the meeting at the car show?

I think Anne and I wouldn't mind having the meeting at the show. From what I gather, there will be opportunities to get something to eat at the show as well.

If it's eventually decided to move the meeting, The Galaxy Diner needs to be notified.  Also think about the logistics of trying to get everyone together in one place at the same time at the car show and conducting a meeting among the crowd.

FYI, there is food there (hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and some homemade goodies, just to name a few).
 also there should be plenty of places to set up a tent for a meeting, or if need be, i can more than likely get use of one of the rooms inside one of the church buildings for a bit, just let me know

Guaranteed that some will show up at The Galaxy and wonder "Where is everyone?"  Some just don't read the forum.

That sounds like a good plan. If anyone wants to go to the show, go in the morning, and then head over to the Galaxy in time for the meeting.

The meeting will be at the regular place and time (Galaxy, 1:30). If you go to the car show, go early and then come to the meeting. We might miss someone if we move the time or place this soon to it.
