Our next meeting will be on the 12/10/2011 at 5:30pm.
Please remember to bring an unwrapped toy (Toys for Tots) and a wrapped present (max. value $25) to play secret Santa. ;)
-
Darn it! I bought something for $27.99
Guess I'll have to return it
;D

You don't need to buy anything. The tradition is that it can be anything from a useful item to a piece of junk. At one company I worked for, the item that went around every year was a plaster cornucopia. Each year it got spray painted a different color. At another place was a lamp repair receptacle complete with bulb.
One of the things at our family Christmas that keeps popping up is an old chamber pot with the bottom rusted out. Couple of years ago, I got a coon skin hat at our club party. It's all in fun.
-
when we do this for our high school youth group at church, I always box up an opened bag of potato chips and a ham sandwich with a bite taken out :P the kids are always looking forward to who is gonna get the "Hammy"...and it always gets eaten! I just regret that I will probably still be in Alaska or just getting home and getting some much needed family time.

The club board members will be meeting at 5:30 to appoint the 2012 officers.
The Christmas party will start at 6:00.
Please bring a Gift to exchange.
Also please bring an unwrapped toy, for toys for tots.

I think we should advertise our party on our main website also. The September meeting is the last one on the home page unless you click on the link to get the entire 2011 COE

Caps suck!
With no cap, I'd be getting an 88 Formula, a 3800 for my 85 GT, Mr. Mike's and and and ......
Actually, the only cap I have is the one on my salary, so none of the above applies! ;D
Sorry ya'll wont make it - Have fun up North & Happy Holidays!

I think that is the 2012 version of the Fiero called the Fierescape. I am a little dislexic.
Sorry about that.

Gail said it was to late in the day. We have to give Buddy his pills at 7:30 PM, and we are laying her floor Saturday after getting a flue shot. So we will have to pass this year. The last one we came to we got a gag gift.

I hate I missed it... got a sinus infection from Indianapolis instead... d
Next time, I'll trade you the food poisoning I got, for your sinus infection. :(
(Just kidding. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.)
I'm happy that everyone had a good time. Maybe I'll make the next one.
-
Food poisioning... Yipes! I'm so sorry! Did you have to go to the hospital?
-
Naaah. Just had to stick very close to the "facilities" for a day or three. :(
-
That's the way to do it Radar, you've always been a tough cookie. We always had a great time. Did Santa bring you what you wanted?
-
Not anything "tough" about it. I'd been there before. I knew it was not going to be fun for a few days, while it ran its course.
As long as I didn't run a high fever and was able to wake up every so often, I wasn't too worried.
Of course, "she who must be obeyed" took good care of me, too.
Santa was good to me. I certainly can't complain.
Take care.
