i hate that its taken this long(procrastinators of the world UNITE.....eventually) but here's my contribution to the pile o' pics. all track photos were taken by sharon. i was too busy driving around at breakneck speeds, defying physics with every expert flick of the steering wheel. no really....you can believe that because its true.

Looks like about a 50% chance of scattered T-storms. I'm still going either way, but I'll keep an eye on the radar as per usual and keep everybody informed.

it is possible but rather unlikely that i will be able to attend this year as i have a prior commitment that sunday, to play at a memorial jam session for a fellow musician that died this time last year and the 8 hour round trip drive takes a lot out of me for the next day, and thats one of those times i want to be on my A game. im sure you understand. i will just have to play it by ear (pun slightly intended).

looks like Greg and I are going to actually meet you in Franklin when you pass through. he and I both have business there, so we plan to get there a bit early, take care of that and then meet up and cruise in to asheville with you.

if by "...using the curves..." you mean, sideways, then yes. that what it was.

so a man in his mid 40's was carrying some heavy boxes up a steep flight of stairs. when he got to the top, he was huffing and puffing and could hardly get a word out. seeing this, a younger woman asks him, "are you ok?", to which he replies, " ya know, i used to have the body of an 18 year old......................................... but it started to smell funny and i had to throw it out."

all the stuff from RFTH is on Greg's channel so there's no sense re posting it. i may have some footage soon though because a friend of mine with a real Ferrari 308 and i may be planning a small run in my area. nothing special but we can get footage from my car chasing him and vice versa.

well either on the way back from the club meeting or on the way home from charlotte last night, i lost one of my center caps on my wheel. does anybody have one to spare? i really only need one.

i went to my local autozone and just like you said, they had it. so i went out and cleaned the engine up and sprayed a good dose of the CD2 on there and im letting it dry now. so far its looking good. it says on the can to mask off the alternator and wiring components and belts and so forth. did you do all of that? if not were there any adverse effects?

Well, Larry and I made it to the track and back home in one piece. I *would* post some pictures.... but..... I forgot my camera.....because im good like that......... *sigh* oh well. there's always next year.
