Cleaning out the garage. See below.
« on: October 07, 2012, 03:58:19 pm »
Cleaning out my parts that I have been accumulating since '97.
As I run across things, I'll add them here. All parts are "make offer", unless specified otherwise. Mostly just want them gone.

Two V6 throttle bodies.

V6 middle intake manifold.

4.9 fuel rails with regulator.

4.9 intake manifold.

Two sets of 19# Cadillac injectors. Condition of some is ?? Most are good.

Rodney Dickman replacement cat for V6. Only used for a few thousand miles.

One pair of GT tips. 90 degree pipe has been removed just before the "split". Will need to be welded, but otherwise good.

2" (I think) straight through "chambered" muffler. (Think '69 Z28 style".) 18" long. Fits in the stock location.
Quite loud, but still quieter than straight pipes.

Complete 12" Corvette rotor upgrade for '88s. Includes rotors, *both* types of brackets (offset and newer dogbone style), centering rings and all fasteners. (I have heard that the two types of brackets can be "stacked", to allow the fitment of Viper rotors, but have not ever seen it done.) Uses stock 88 calipers. Note: if your car is lowered in the front, the tips of the lower control arms may scrape the backs of the rotors. People usually grind or hammer the tips of the control arms for clearance, if necessary. This does not affect all cars.

88 Formula front springs, shortened by 1 coil. These came from a car that I parted out. I've never driven on them.

All prices are pickup only. Not interested in shipping at this time.
Can possibly arrange to meet you, if we can work it out.

Trades?
Looking for an L67 (3800SC, series 2) throttle body. 97(?) or newer.

Also looking for 90-91 Camaro or Firebird V8 TPI MEMCAL (chip/carrier) for 7730. Have  3.1 MEMCAL to trade. (This is the perfect trade if you bought a V8 TPI 7730 for your V6.) Can look up broadcast codes to verify, if you're interested but don't know what your 7730 came from.

Added... Black stock lower quarters. No GFX. From Formula.

I'll take the Ocelot muffler for Sharon's 85 GT.  We are building a custom exhaust for it, so we don't need any of the extra parts, just the muffler itself (and I wouldn't turn down the tips if they are still attached).  I have no idea what a fair offer for it is...but I also have no doubt we can agree on a price.  I will be coming that way for the meeting this weekend.

I have some tips (One pair is already spoken for.) but none are attached.
I live about 15 minutes from the show. Want to come to the house afterwards? Or just want me to bring it?

OK, I will take a set of GT tips with it...will save me from cutting up a good GT exhaust.  If it is convenient to bring it with you, that would be great...but for a 15 minute drive, it isn't worth fighting to get it in.
