I learned something about my fiero yesturday
« on: March 05, 2009, 12:15:43 pm »
locking the keys in it while they are in the ignition and the car running SUCKS. lol

luckly, my driver door hinges are worn and if i dont shut the door firmly, it leaves a gap at the window. i  manage to use a hanger to pull the ignition back and kill the engine. then i bent the close hanger to push the lock. it took a while, good thing it was a nice day out :)

I have a faster and more entertaining way.  I do a little Mexican Hat Dance on the sunroof.  That procedure is dancing around somewhere on the old forum if you care to search for it.  Kinda entertaining.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Uh, mm, er, ah, hee hee!  But I got his keys out.  Very quickly, too.

I keep my house and car keys on separate rings. And I keep a Fiero door key on my house ring. Comes in handy sometimes. Not only for keys locked in, but to open the trunk while the car is running (on my coupe without a trunk popper, that is). One of these days I'll put a trunk  popper in that car.
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.
