Front 17" and Rear 19" Wheels
« on: October 25, 2018, 10:19:44 pm »

Anyone out there put 19" rear wheels on a stock '88 Fiero GT?
How about 17" up front?
Any comments?

Just buy a DeLorean.
You can't fix stupid but, you can adjust it with a 2x4.

I have 17's on the 86 with a 35mm offset but I'm running 40 and 45 series tires.  I also have a set of 17's that were on an 86 GT and on the Lil Duke Coupe.  I don't know what the offset is nor what size tires I have on them, but there were no issues.  Looks like the guy was already running them on a Fiero.  I'd ask him why he is removing them so quickly.  I'm guessing he has some kind of clearance issues.

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Did you get them? The ad says "sold".

The fronts are just about ideal for an 88.
The rears? I don't know. I would check carefully for interference on the inside edge. At the strut and at the trailing link.
