Not me, this time.  The 86 does require a title.  It could be obtained from the original owner with a little work, but to get the bonded title for $150 isn't bad.  After a few years, it receives a regular title, as long as there have been no challenges to the bonded title.

yup, i had to do that to mine when i bought it. that's how i got a deal on it, he knew the process so took a couple c notes off. i got the title in a month
