The pushrod removal tool is Lisle Tools Nr. 48500. It's now obsolete at the factory so probably the only place to get one might be ebay or to borrow mine.
It works by placing the end of the tool 'bridge' over the top of the rocker. The lower 'bridge' with the notch fits under the rocker and around the pushrod. Lift up like using a bottle opener and it depresses the valve spring and removes the pushrod.
This video shows the 48300 and right at the end it flashes the 48500. Both work the same way. Just different engines.
