I spoke with the delivery driver.  He only gets paid if he delivers, so he delivers.  I have no idea what these products are.

I got some things from Amazon that I didn't order (useless cheap things), and wasn't charged for them either. I contacted Amazon, and they said that independent sellers that sell through them will do that and then post fake reviews in the name of the person the item was shipped to. The will shut down any sellers that do that if you inform them.
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

I'd settle for getting the things I DO order.  I recently ordered a fan.  It eventually showed delivered, but not shipped.  Apparently, the fan is now on back order.  The seller's rating goes down, if they don't get the product delivered.

I ordered 2 of a particular item.  More than 1, but certainly the workers should be able to count to 2.  Or not.  I got 1 of the item.  I called Amazon.  Their reply was that 1 was enough.  Well, they had no problem taking my money for 2, but by their reasoning, Bezos has enough money.  All Amazon orders should be free.  They did not like their own logic.

They next tried to blame the shipper for not delivering both items.  That logic did not work, either, because only 1 box was shipped.  Next, they said someone must have taken 1.  Of course, the box was sealed, but more importantly, the shipped weight matched the weight of only 1 item.

I couldn't resist asking uf they were going to tell me that the scale was off.  I thought the person was joking when he replied that that was the only explanation.  Apparently not.  No, that isn't the ONLY explanation.  I guess I'll require a full refund...since the scale is off.

This is a bit much.  A bottle of vitamins smaller than a 32-oz drink, and a package about the size of my fist were ordered.  They arrived in larger boxes:

Amazon recently announced that they were going to be using smaller packaging to reduce waste.  Aren't you glad they did?

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

The boxes used to be slightly larger than a shoe box.  I guess amazon has a different definition of "smaller".

I ordered some spray bottles.  Basically, quantity 2.  One bottle arrived more than a week ago.  The other showed shipped, moved around a bit, then showed not shipped.  About the time I received the first bottle (late), the I received a notice on the second that there was a shipping delay.  Since then, I have received several updates, each pushing the delivery date further back.  The latest updated stated, "Good news!  Your product should arrive shortly after the new year!"

I cancelled that one.  The seller rather angrily messaged me that they were doing their part, and that it's too late for me to cancel my order.  I responded that it isn't too late for me to cancel my payment.  So, Amazon says I must wait until after the adjusted delivery date next year.  Nope.  Payment cancelled.
