Cruise control plugs?

When the stock cruise control was removed, there were screw holes left.  I do jot want water to get into the trunk.  What should I use to plug those holes?

All the cruise control apparatus is bolted to brackets spot welded to the trunk wall.  None of the screws penetrate the trunk.  Save everything if you're removing it. 

For whatever reason there may be holes through the trunk wall, the umbrella push in plugs work well.  I've used them to plug the holes on the deck lid when the spoiler was removed.

I have used the flat plugs.  I was thinking of a sealant that would handle enhine bay temps.
