94 Firebird at Pull A Part Atlanta
« on: August 08, 2019, 11:49:57 am »
A 94 Firebird was just put on the lot at the Conley South Yard.  Row 106, if anyone is looking for 3.4 swap material.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Oh.  That reminds me.  Weren't you the one who went for a drive in the fastback Formila, did a little burnout, and said, "Wow!" afterward?

Yeah... Scott pretty much went out of the parking lot sideways. :D
When he came back, all he would say was, "Damn!"

The car is obviously not a slouch. I was a bit tired and declined a test drive, but it looks like it's pretty much sorted.
Still needs rear sway bar bushings, but that's not a huge deal. Everything else seems to be in place.
Oh... the tach filter still needs replaced. The tach is not reporting.

So, maybe I got the quote wrong.

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that it may incriminate me.......

Pull the entire car?

They won't sell a whole car.

Will they saw it in half? (Preferably side-to-side, and not lengthways.)

Is that a state thing?  Junkyards were a great source for vehicles--especially for the demo derbies.
