$2000 Grassroots Challenge

Anyone interested in joining GTXVette in Gainesville, Fl. for the Grassroots Motorsports Challenge.  Special motel rates and they will allow 3, 4, 5 or more people to share a room.  John says rooms are less than $100.  It's October 25 and 26.  Go down and help John, fly the club banner and see if we can pick up some membership.  Might even be able to pick up some performance goodies for your car.

I will not be able to do that, coming up on the busy season at work and remodelling season at home

Fierofool and I spoke to John in person when we drove from Scott's garage up to Ball Ground to retrieve a scanner for Scott to use on his 4.9 car. John mentioned that he was in a dispute with his longtime landlord and may be having to move on short notice and his plans for the event may change. I will ride by tomorrow and see what the story on this is.

I talked with John last week and he won't be able to enter his car but he would like to go and share a room with a couple of guys and watch the event.
