Rust remover?

I thought TopNotch posted this, but I can't find it.

There was an electronic rust remover.  It was like a magic beam rpthat erased the rust.  I was sure there was a picture, link, and replies.

I could use such a piece of equipment, about now.

I think it's vaporware. I ordered one -- never got one. Luckily my Paypal account is set up to not charge me until the item ships.
