I have seen notchie windows labeled SE and other notchie sail windows labeled Formula. The pic tiretread posted of his Formula has blank sail windows. Which is stock, blank or labeled?

Oh, and I know the Formula was a 1-year only model, so no trying to confuse me by year.

I thought they were all blank except for the glass 83 SE, but I could be wrong

86 SE had SE sail panels. Don't know about 87. And I thought only 84 had glass.

84 (only year) had glass - I'm thinking blank or "SE".
85 had plastic. Plain (base models) or labeled "SE" or "GT".
86 and 87 were plain (base models) or "SE".
88s were all plain.

That is on the protective coating, but peels off when installed.

That should be on the frame. All notchbacks had that.
