Duplicates cleanup

While doing some maintenance, I discovered that some people had duplicate emails in the club contacts, and may have been receiving duplicate emails.  So, I merged the contacts.  Hopefully, you will no longer receive duplicate emails, but if something else went amiss, let me know, and I'll fix that.

It looked as if 2 people were still getting duplicates.  One person was DeShoe.  DeShoe, you should be good, as long as you only got one copy of the November newsletter.

Maybe there is something that could be done to make the links more obvious, without adding something tacky, like a "CLICK HERE" text.
