Ray's buddy, Elvis is about to be on TV

Ray's karaoke friend Jeff, the Elvis impersonator from Villa Rica is about to be on channel 11.  He had been collecting no-winner scratch off lottery tickets, filling out his name and sending them in for a second chance drawing.  He collected $200,000 earlier this week and will be interviewed in just a few minutes.
