I believe most people think of it as they do Smokey Yunick's adiabatic engine.  They look at it as another snake oil scheme.  The ideas are so far out of the main stream that people just don't want to believe they work.  Add to that, that people are resistant to change and want to stick with the familiar, and possibly too, that other energy suppliers might be adding to the misinformation of it's true effectiveness.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Its only an additive to the gasoline or diesel
Not a replacement
I see that thousand of people are using this browns gas / hydrogen and oxygen mixed as a fuel additive
You tube is a good indicator when they all come from the USA

From the point of view of a chemist or physicist, it doesn't make sense. You're using some if the engine's energy to separate water into oxygen and hydrogen, and then burning that in the engine. Since no energy conversion process is perfect, logic tells you that there is going to be a net loss in energy.
It would be like using an electric motor to turn a generator, and then using the electricity from the generator to run the motor. In a perfect situation, you would have a perpetual motion machine, but in the real world, it doesn't work.
I would like to see some real chemical and physical analysis of the "Browns gas" process, and not just some guy on Youtube saying it works. Until then, I remain a skeptic.
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

what you say is true "if you use DC"
When you use AC and look at resonance , you can take about  3 to 4 amps from the battery. The resistance that this puts on the alternator is so small the engines can't even feel it.
These days the cells really generate 2 litres a minute of browns gas and this works for a engine up to 2800cc
When the RPM goes higher the demand is higher that a lower RPM.
The materials have been highly refined , the tolerances and spaces also have been refined. If you make a cell that takes over 10 amps them I totally agree with you.
But people in the USA should take the challenge and make it work for them.
My diesel expense has dropped from over $200 to under $60 a week
