GT rear panel conversion
« on: February 03, 2015, 05:03:44 pm »
Decided not to convert my 88 Formula to a fastback. So, I'm selling everything listed below all together for $500. Please note that I do not want to ship or sell items separately. I am located in Lexington, SC.

Fastback panel from an 87 GT, purple in color
New clear OE style GT quarter windows
GT decklid, purple in color, wing is not included
GT quarter window filler panels
Left and right GT tail lights, in good condition

I will add pictures later this week. I have this listed here and on Pennock's.

GT tail lights?  Did you say GT tail lights in good condition?

How good?

Specifically, how good is the "TIAC"?

I may be interested in the quarter windows and filler panels, too.

Sell them all together if you can.  But please keep me in mind if you're willing to break up the set.

Red '88 GT 5-Speed, 7730ECM, 1.6 Rockers, and KEYLESS Entry!
Now with a trailer hitch for my bike rack.

I'm going to take pictures hopefully tomorrow. Tail lights have minor de-laminating, other than that they are in good condition. I will keep you in mind.

Take a look at my link on Pennock's for picture, and email me an offer. You are welcome to come up and see them and decide from there. It doesn't seem that anyone at this time is wanting to a conversion.

Mike, that's crazy. For the first six months of ownership of my notchie, the only thing i could think about was switching over to a Kardashian butt.  However, something happened and i decided that it's ok if it don't have much back. So Mike, give that tail a wag and be proud of what you've got. I've grown to appreciate the simple boxed sportiness of the notchie and I'm very glad I've got one.
Fist pump.
Oh, and i hope you sell your fast back shell.  Good luck.

lol...  I had thought the same thing. And, with time, I've grown to like it. I also thought about changing the front to a GT front but now like the Formula front better.
