Does anybody know anything about this French movie trailer?

I ran the text you see at the beginning through Google Translate. It says, "The film you're seeing is an extract of longer footage being written."

The only thing I could find was that it was a short film by Tristan Tilloloy, done in 2014.  No record that the film was ever completed.
