The Passing Of Ciera
« on: October 28, 2015, 11:25:10 am »
I bring sad news to our site. We lost the driving force behind our show last night. Ciera got her Angel wings last night at 6:02 p.m. at St Jude. She beat the Cancer but could not beat the cure. Mike and his family and Nina and myself wish to thank all the people that have offered prayer and best wishes. You people made the show a success and that pleased Ciera. If you have a child or grandchild, hug them and tell them you love them every chance you get. Joe Blackburn

From The Daily Times, Maryville, TN.  :

BLACKBURN, CIERA, 23, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Smith Funeral & Cremation Service.

GrannyLinda says there's a GoFundMe for funeral expenses but I can't find it.

Quote GrannyLinda:

For those of you that wish to send cards of sympathy to Mike and Sherie, please send to P.O. Box 5952, Maryville, TN 37802-5952

For those of you who would like to show their love and assistance to the Blackburn family, there is a Go Fund Me site. We have benefited from their efforts from our enjoyment of the car show. We can now give back.

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
