Me, Dave and Pat were the only Fieros.  A beautiful day as evidenced by the pictures.  We hit a few foggy spots along the way, but it was sunny for the most part.  The run wqs only about 2 hours long and I clocked 82 miles from my fillup about 7 miles previous.

This run wasn't as scenic and backcountry as the one that we're using for the Don Hulse Memorial Run in April.  You really do want to put it on your calendar and attend.

When Dave and I parked and left our cars, those two guys were at the corner of the building near our cars.  They did look at ours as well as a few other cars as they moved up the line.  Only a few of them received a little closer inspection.  Those were AMP employees.

My inzlaws like the blue one in front of the Amp building.  The headlights on the white one with the blue stripe are interesting.

Well, at least I know she enjoyed the chicken nuggets she got after the run.

Yes, though she was a bit bored at times because we weren't whipping through the curves, she did enjoy it.  After we had lunch and pulled out of the gas station, she asked where we were going.  I told her we were headed home.  She quickly asked why weren't we going to the end of the race at the winner's circle.

I guess it's all about how you sell the activity.  My son wants to stay home.  8,xxx miles in less than 3 months, and he's tired of going for drives.  My daughter usually likes to ride with me, but the miles have also been wearing on her.
