Apparently, this has been going on for a while, but apparently farming can now be done remotely, from the comfort of an air-conditioned building. The spreader feeds, seeds, enriches, etc, as needed on a per foot basis. Only 1 seed is planted, rather than 2 or three. Oddly, rather than 5 pounts of seed for $1, seeds are now a cent or more, each.
