Wait. I'm a bodyman first, so I immediately thought you were talking about the bumpers under the headlight doors. If there's 12 in a "set", you're probably talkling about the ones inside the motors. I don't recall how many are there...  ;D

There are 4 inside each Generation 1 motor and 3 inside each Generation 2 motor.  The headlight doors require 2 each at the front lip of the hood.  Fiero Store sells the headlight door bumpers individually or as a set of 4.  During my repaint, I ordered a set and only got 4.
