Who makes a good sturdy window crank handle? I keep ripping the knob off of mine.

All mine except the Lil Duke Coupe had power windows.  How many do you need?  I think I have a couple in the garage.  OEM.

Last two handles I have are yours.  They're for the front doors.  You'll have to find the rear ones, elsewhere.

I also have one unopened smooth molding door clip set.
