Not stolen, gifted ;)

This has been a great couple of weeks. I found Fiero friends to pickup and work on my project. My friendly neighbor wanted a playset and my kids outgrew ours at least 5 years ago. I offered it for free if he did the labor and he moved the entire structure to his backyard today and gave me $100.

Everything is coming up Gasmaster!

I know we need some time to get the plan together. I may forget to check the forum regularly but a few of you have my cell. Feel free to share between you as needed. Please anyone new send a text or PM here or my call screening software may block your number.

Edit: Spartan and Wreck are already saved in my phone

We can set up a work day to get it to a rolling chassis state. Pick a few dates and we will go from there.

I go to the office in ATL on Tuesdays and Thursdays but am available all other days. Let me know when things are happening and I'll be happy to provide food and drink (bbq, pizza, beer, soda, water, sport drink, whatever; let me know and I'll get it, grill it or smoke it, maybe all three).

My wife and I are fully vaccinated and the kids have one dose. We all still wear a mask when requested. Y'all can figure that out for yourself since we don't care what you do outside.

so a few dates I have in my that work with my work schedule:

1. Tomorrow (June 18th) I know this one is last minuet....but according to my company, they consider it a company holiday soooooo no complaints LOL

2. Last weekend of this month. (Either June 26th or 27th)

3. First weekend in July (3rd or 4th.

I figured this can be a fun day get together where we hang out, enjoy the time, and get the Fiero to a rolling chassis state. Plus would allow me to bring the iPad out, take a bit of an inventory, and start looking at things I can go ahead and get on order to start right away.

Do any of those days work for you guys? If so, I can make a group event for anyone who would like to come help!

Would both of you guys be up for a day one of those weekend to setup an event to get the car rolling worthy?

Would love to get together, talk fieros and start my process of inventory and parts sourcing LOL

I'll be out of state until after the 4th.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Spartanzz,
I am available pretty much any weekend so if a couple of others agree on a date that will be good. I have July 5th off for a long weekend.

I just spoke with the Marshall and he was coming back soon. I told him we have a place for it but it would be early July. He is going to give until July 6th but will have to cite me then if it is still here. The fine is very manageable (<$200) and the court date would be 30 days out from that.

Sorry for not responding earlier.

Ok, so essentially we need to get the car in a rolling chassis state and out of there before the 6th correct?

I actually think I’m going to move it to our place in our garage.

This project is claimed and the title has been signed over.

Thanks for coming out and doing all the heavy work Spartanzz. Had a few issues but it is a rolling chassis. I do have an idea to get the stripped shock tower nut removed and reused. I was wrecked and sun burnt today but a litre of pedialyte got me back on my feet.

Looking forward to the 4th weekend if we can get a truck or trailer to load it up. I can use the Forrester to help move the wall of parts if needed.
