top 10 cheap collectible cars

http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2010/autos/1002/gallery.cheap_collector_cars/index.html

good read, but if you noticed, the picture of the fiero is Tinton's. I was curious if he gave permission. it says courtesy of Hagerty Insurance under the picture

it also mentioned the Lotus suspension :)

Well this is interesting: I have (almost) 5 of the cars on the list. Fiero, Z car, Beetle (2 of those), BMW, & the Mustang (although it's not a 5.0).
Does that mean I'm cheap?  Or smart? ;D

It mentions the Fiero with the 5 speed.  Actually that one is an automatic, and belongs to Ron Rizzi, now.  He drove it to the meeting, today.  Nathan removed the wheels and put them on his 86 before selling it to Ron.  He sold it because he wanted a manual trans.  He bought John and Sandi's GT.  That car still has under 30K on it.  I'd pay $5000 for it.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
