WTB: Headlight Motors for my 86'
« on: June 28, 2011, 08:21:53 am »
I need at least the Drivers side cause the shaft actually rusted and broke. So rebuilding is not an option for it.

I don't want to pay a fortune for it though, more like I can't pay a fortune for it. :-)

OR IF someone has that Drivers side shaft I need I could rebuild it.

I'm sure I have several.  Maybe even have a spare shaft.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

A shaft would be great if possible. Mine work motor wise, I would like to rebuild them if possible. But if not a driverside would get me where I want to be.

I have a loose motor shaft, but I'm not sure which side it's for.  If it isn't the correct one, I have a bunch of motors, both left and right.  Some have been rebuilt, and some haven't.

Cool, i will figure out a time to come over. Let me know what you want for it. And I will bring you those brackets and bolts back.
Thanks Charlie

I paid $15 or 20 for the motors at pull a part.  If I have the correct shaft, you can have it.  Call me before coming over.

Will do, thank you. I will pull my Driverside motor soon and pull it apart and bring the shaft with me. Basically the rod broke at the nut threads.
