Are there any plans to caravan up on Friday?
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Usually you can't check in until around 3pm, but we've always gotten there early at every event.  Someone from the club should be there to greet those who arrive early.

It depends upon how anxious I get.  I plan to be there around 1, but if the bug keeps biting hard enough, it may be earlier than that.

Even if you can't check in early there should be plenty to do at the Fun Factory.
You can't fix stupid but, you can adjust it with a 2x4.

Have arrangements been made for our evening dinner at The Boiler Room?  We need to get the time included in our information packet.

Not the Boiler Room, as that is the restaurant attached to the Fun Factory, and they require payment for their room if it were to be reserved for an event.
I had us set up inside the actual Fun Factory, unless majority decides to take it into the restaurant??
If all agree to eat dinner there, I'm sure we can avoid having to get one of their rooms and just get a space large enough for our group, although I still don't have an accurate head-count yet.

As long as you get there early enough to get a good night's sleep, all is good!
Unless you want to participate in some pre-event nocturnal festivities? ;D ;D ;D

Called, reserved for approx. 25 people starting at 7 PM this Saturday, waiting on final confirmation, but should all be good.

IF YOU ARE COMING TO RFTH, A REMINDER TO BRING ALONG A ROLL OR TWO OF TOILET PAPER, AND SOME HAND SANITIZER, FOR THOSE INSTANCES WHERE PUBLIC FACILITIES ARE OUT OF SUPPLIES, OR PERHAPS LESS THAN SPARKLING CLEAN. ;)

Scott Brown is not going to be able to come this year. He was going to borrow one of my cars.
So now I have a car with no driver. If any member needs a car (and promises to take good care of it), let me know.
Redraif, if your problem is no car, you just ran out of excuses.
