Isn't that how we did it last year?Did we re-imburse you and Linda? I have no problem with that, if everyone agrees, we will have the cub purchase the meats - after we have a somewhat accurate headcount. All agree? \D
Yes I did get reimbursed. Don I think you should buy the meat since the picnic is going to be at your house.Also you might want to have the meat on a separate receipt for the club books.
I'll pick up the meat and franks. Once we have a headcount, I'll get enough for one burger and one dog for each person attending, plus 10%. There's a market over this way that has very fresh meat. Fresher than Kroger, Publix or Ingles.
